I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering individual and couples/marriage counseling services for individuals 15 years of age and above, throughout the state of Alabama. Both in office and Telehealth slots are available. I bring 13 years of professional experience to the therapeutic environment, within a variety of different settings.

Retreats
Benjamin Counseling is excited to work in conjunction with various other mental health advocates to offer themed retreats! These retreats provide an opportunity to receive skill building and psycho education within a safe, relaxing environment. It’s important to note that counseling will not take place at these retreats, however skill building/education will be provided, and referrals for individual therapy upon return may be offered by request. Themes vary, however topics thus far have included Women’s Empowerment and Intentional Living. Retreat ads will often be posted indicating impending topics. The next retreat offered is going to be an all inclusive, “Intentional Living” focused retreat, and will take place in Cartagena, Colombia in March of 2024. More details coming soon.
